Strength Training

Boxing

Athletics

Cardio

Karate

Karate is a martial art that originated in Okinawa, Japan and has since spread around the world. It is a form of self-defense that involves using striking, kicking, and blocking techniques to defend against attackers. Karate training emphasizes discipline, focus, and mental fortitude, as well as physical fitness. Karate practitioners, also known as karatekas, typically start by learning basic techniques and forms, or katas, and progress to sparring with other karatekas.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates a variety of exercises from different disciplines, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. CrossFit workouts, also known as "WODs" or "workouts of the day," are designed to be challenging and constantly varied to promote overall fitness and athleticism. CrossFit gyms, also called "boxes," often have a community atmosphere where members support and encourage each other during workouts.
